I used JustPark for the first time i was in a bit of a rushed mood at the time, so I was glad the payment was so straightforward. I just put my card details in, got confirmation almost straight away, and didn’t have to mess around with a machine. The price was clear before I paid too, which I appreciated. I’ll definitely use it again if it’s this easy next time.

I booked a spot about 20 minutes before I got there, i wasn’t sure if it would be as smooth as advertised. But the space was there waiting for me, no issues at all. The price felt fair, and it took a lot of stress out of the trip. Pretty much exactly what I needed.

I booked this spot mostly because it said there was EV charging, but when I arrived, the charger was already being used and the other one don’t really work. The parking itself was okay, no real issue there, but the charging situation definitely needed to be clearer. It was a bit annoying since I was planning my trip around being able to charge

I found a spot and had it booked within a few minutes, so overall it was painless. Nothing really confused me along the way. The only thing was the confirmation page took a little longer to load than I expected. Support basically said, “Yep, it can take a moment to update,” which was fine, but a quicker confirmation would make it feel smoother.

It’s been frustrating trying to get clear answers. I don’t have the full picture, so maybe there’s more going on behind the scenes, but from my side it just felt like every question led to another vague response.

I’ve used JustPark a few times now and it’s been fine overall. I don’t know why, but I always expect it to be way cheaper than a normal car park, and sometimes it is, but the extra fees can make it feel like less of a bargain. Booking is easy enough though, and I haven’t had any real issues. I’d still probably check other options first before using it every time

I’m not trying to be picky, but this spot really wasn’t as close or convenient as it looked on the map. The walk took longer than I expected, and actually finding the place was kind of frustrating. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it wasn’t worth the hassle.

I tried to book a space, but the site kept freezing and sending me back to earlier steps. The payment page wasn’t very clear either, which made the whole thing more annoying. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do expect a booking process to be fairly smooth and straightforward. It ended up taking way longer than it should have, and I eventually just gave up.

I’m still not getting any proper help from support. The website says one thing, but what I’m being told or experiencing seems different, so it’s just confusing. I was hoping they’d sort it out by now, but I’m still left without a clear answer.

It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but when you actually need a quick answer, that kind of delay is really annoying.

First time using JustPark not impressed at all. I paid through the app, then still ended up getting a parking penalty. When I tried to sort it out, the replies were really slow and felt like copy-and-paste responses. They just kept telling me to contact the parking company myself, which kind of defeats the whole point of using the app. If something goes wrong, you’d expect them to actually help. Really frustrating experience and I won’t be using it again.

I’m not someone who expects a place to be perfect, but I do have a basic standard when it comes to cleanliness. The space was really muddy and there was rubbish around, which made the whole experience disappointing.

I was annoyed because the fees didn’t show up until later, so it felt like they came out of nowhere. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive. I get needing to notify people, but the constant messages made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

It seems mostly trustworthy so far, like, I haven’t had any major issues. But when I needed help, support was kind of slow to respond, so I’m still being a little careful with it.

Used JustPark for a night out and everything was totally fine when I got back... the space felt secure and not dodgy at all. I’d definitely use it again, though I do wish the lighting was a bit better.

My car barely fit in the space, and getting out was a whole little adventure. Really convenient, if your idea of parking includes squeezing through doors and rethinking your life choices. Definitely not suitable for a normal-sized car.

Entry was totally fine and went smoothly, but the exit took a minute for some reason. Not a huge deal, but it did make me wonder what was going on.

I cancelled my parking through JustPark it ended up being way more stressful than it should have been. The refund details weren’t clear at all, so I kept having to check what was going on and whether anything was actually happening. It didn’t feel simple or straightforward, and at the very least I’d expect an apology for the confusion. After this experience, I’m not sure I’d use them again.
